We managed the User Readiness workstream for this global energy giant when they decided to re-implement Maximo across the whole of their North Sea region. We proposed that “user acceptance” was an inadequate target: much greater user enthusiasm and commitment was required to achieve the benefits othis client was looking for. A measure of our success was the buzz generated by the programme and the number of sites that asked to be included in it.

When our major retail banking client changed its strategy for managing its ATM channel to one of outspiurcing, we managed the definition and execution of the change programme. It turned out to be one of the fastest and highest return outsourcing programmes in the bank’s recent history. The programme was completed under budget and on time, but more importantly with the full engagement and support of all groups affected.

Managing difficult relationships

We were asked to help a global facilities management company and its government client resolve some major service issues that they were experiencing. In the space of a single workshop (with thorough preparation and follow-up) they cut through to the underlying causes of the problems and started working on the soutions.
